The first two battles!!!!!
The bombing of Fort Sumter basically started the whole war. The confederates suprise attacked Fort Sumter on April 12, 1861. Then, the Union attacked the south, and the war began!!!! The second(called the first) war was called the Battle of Bullrun. It was in Manassas, Virginia and on July 21, 1861.
The top picture is of the Battle of Antietam. It was a very important battle in the war because Robert E. Lee tried to suprise attack the north, but they caught him. It was one of the worst battles of the war. About 200,000 soldiers died on each side. It was a sad and tragic (yet awesome) day.
The Gettysburg Address
Once upon a time Abraham Lincoln( who used to be president in a year I do not know) made a speech called THE GETTYSBURG ADDRESS and it was a spacial day. Now lets get started with the movie. On July 2, 1865 that most important speech was made by ABRAHAM LINCLON.
